Tv Show

I have a lot of favorite American TV Show such as Friends, Sex and the City, Grey's Anatomy, American Idol,Dancing with the stars and Biggest Loser etc. But one best TV Show is "Friends" because it's so funny and interesting about friends' relationship. When I was Mongolia I used to watch it without translation in Mongolian language and I learned lot of words that common in America. There is one of favorite actress as well Jennifer Aniston.

Technology

I can not live without IPOD 4. Because it has everything on it! Especially music... Perhaps everybody would say computer but its 21 century everybody has it. Ipod4 has everything that you can use on computer. For example; it has camera i could use Skype with my parents and its comfortable to use because its small fits in my palm. Everyday i listening music outside, play games on the train moreover talk to my friends Face to Face program in outside. I fall in love with this electronic device.

Movies

I watched recent awarded movies which were "Black Swan", and "The Kings Speech". These tow movies got best actress from Oscar ("Black Swan"), best actor and best movie of the year "The King's Speech". Here is a review about "Black Swan" movie: The movies quality was very good and director shows and tries to Ballet Dancer Society. Nina (Natalie Portman) tries to be main dancer Queen Swan which contains two roles in one performance. Therefore she struggles with her needy personality and end up with what did she want really bad.
The another movie was Animation "UP". This is nominated Academy awards, unfortunately didn't get any awards. Even though this is animation, the story was very good.

Music

I have a lot of favorite music and songs but i did Music presentation about my favorite song that mean to me a lot and lyrics mean similar to my life experience . Basically i like Black Eyed Peas's singer Fergie and she has an amazing strong voice and most of her songs always lead the Billboard. And i like her style and her group Black Eyed Peas. Lately, Black Eyed Peas making their career very high because their every single songs got hit on radio and main music for every hang out places.

Reading

"Mirror on America" this book has a lot of interesting individual stories. Most interesting article was "Rule of Thumbs: Love in the Age of Texting", because everybody use text message more than talk on the phone. Perhaps, I use for text messaging a lot, I barely talk on the phone unless internationals call from my parents. Therefore, this article got my attention and i really interested in and i liked it. The story sort of silly but it is true situation in a real social life too.

My cultural identity

I chose this topic is about King of Mongolia, Chingis Khan. The reason is , this king is very popular in the World as everybody knows him Chingis Khan Warrior. Therefore, I could introduce little about him and how popular in my country as well. Even though, young people obsessed with his honor that what he made for us and proud of him, get a tattoo face of him.

Pop Culture

Since I took this class i have learned about Pop culture , well lets say learned about what is Pop Culture. I had no idea about Pop Culture before more over, never heard of it. So, this class opened my eyes and receive things differently. The Pop culture contains lot of meaning about cultures and lifestyle. And I learned that how important Pop Culture is in our life.
Since I have been studying in USA, I have learned different lifestyle which I would love to live like this in the future but I have to go back to my country unfortunately. I like American celebrities and their styles and gossips. I did not interested in this kind of information before but now I do. Well, reading magazines about celebrities, their work, talent and their success in their career could be good idol for everybody. Even though, there are lot of bad info about them but they are still popular and people still listening and interested about them.
